Dutch Queen Beatrix Attacked in Apeldoorn, The Netherlands – 5 Dead

Dutch Queen Beatrix was in Apeldoorn in celebration of Koninginnedag, which is a national holiday in The Netherlands, often referred to as Queen’s Day, since Koninginnedag doesn’t make much sense for us who are not Dutch. Many people gathered since Queen herself was present when all of a sudden a car drove through the crowd at high speed, missing the open deck bus Queen Beatrix with the rest of Dutch Royal Family were on and crushed into a Queen Wilhelmina monument. This whole incident happened so quickly, nobody had a chance to react, not even the police who were present in large numbers. Queen Beatrix was not injured, however speeding car killed 5 people and injured 11.

What’s really odd about this whole incident is that the attacker drove through the crowd on Suzuki Swift. What kind of choice of deadly weapon is that? If you’re gonna make headlines by trying to kill Dutch Queen with a car, pick a mightier car. Perhaps a mid size SUV – at least something like that. Not Suzuki Swift, one of the smallest cars on the market. The killer was a freak. Or a newb. Embarrassing!

There are conflicting reports coming from the Netherlands as to whether this was an assassination attempt on Dutch Queen Beatrix or just plain random recklessness. Some media mention potential terrorist attack but nothing solid yet. Reports from people who were there when the car attacked differ just as much. Some suggest that the driver had the look on his face as though he was determined to run into the couch carrying Dutch Queen, while other say the driver appeared incapacitated or hurt, hence unable to control the vehicle.

Dutch De Telegraaf maintains that the act was deliberate. Their reasoning is that the attack was precisely timed and driver plowed through two sets of barricades making it to the intersection when Queen’s entourage was at that given time. Since Queen was 20 minutes late, De Telegraaf believes this was not a random act, but rather a deliberate attack.

Apeldoorn authorities later confirmed that the act was deliberate, but it was not a terrorist attack. They also confirmed the identity of the attacker – his name is Karst Tates of Huissen. He’s a 38 year old Caucasian male, he’s Dutch who used to work for private security company but was recently laid off. He’s got no criminal record and no history of mental instability. After he struck the statue of Queen Wilhelmina with his black Suzuki Swift, Karst Tates suffered life threatening injuries and was taken to the hospital in Apeldoorn where he died at 02.58, Holland time. According to surgeons, he confessed to an attempt to attack Queen Beatrix and the Royal Family during a short while of regaining consciousness.

Needless to say, this incident irked many Dutch people as the celebration of Koninginnedag – Queen’s Day in the Netherlands may never be the same again. There will likely be increased security to a point that it’ll become troublesome to participate. Volunteers who worked hard at preparing and rehearsing everything for one of the biggest holidays in The Netherlands saw their efforts ruined by one culprit. Queen Beatrix immediately called the rest of her promenade off. Which is a no surprise. Just look at the pictures of the Royal Family members after the attack. Dutch crown Prince Willem Alexander and his wife Princess Maxima look like they’d just witnessed the birth of Belzebub.

Boston Strangler Crime Scene Photo of Mary Sullivan

As his name suggests, the serial killer known as Boston Strangler operated in Boston, Massachusetts area and murdered his victims by strangulation. He is believed to have murdered as many as 13 women, even though there are still many unanswered questions and guesses. It is possible that only (if you can really use that word) 11 women were actually murdered by the Boston Strangler. The killing started with strangulation of a 55 year old Anna Slesers on June 14, 1962 who was sexually molested by vaginal insertions of foreign objects and then strangled to death with her bathrobe cord. The last victim of Boston Strangler was murdered on January 4, 1964, which means he only operated for one and half year. Her name was Mary Sullivan – she was 19 year old and she is the woman in the crime scene photo above.

Mary Sullivan was found naked, bloodied with a broom inserted up her vagina. Boston Strangler left a Happy New Year card by her feet. She was strangled with her own stocking.

Is Albert DeSalvo Boston Strangler

One year after murder of Mary Sullivan a man named Albert DeSalvo came forth and confessed that he was the murderer known as Boston Strangler. Albert DeSalvo was a convicted rapist who was serving time at Bridgewater State Hospital. His confession remains questionable and many forensic specialists doubt that he was the real Boston Strangler. While he provided many accurate details regarding all Boston Strangler murders, there were also many serious inconsistencies. For example in case of above pictured Mary Sullivan, Albert DeSalvo confessed to raping her and strangling her manually. However forensic evidence proves that Mary Sullivan was strangled by ligature and there were no signs of sexual intercourse taking place anytime before or after she was strangled to death. Albert DeSalvo also got date of her murder wrong and there was no semen, nor other DNA evidence that would link him to this murder.

Albert DeSalvo died in 1973. He was murdered by fellow inmates at Walpole State Prison. The Boston Strangler case has never been officially closed and the more evidence is brought forth, the more it becomes doubtful that Albert DeSalvo committed any of the Boston Strangler murders. Now, half century later, it is possible we will never know who the real murderer responsible for atrocious killings of 13 women, including Mary Sullivan seen in photo above was.

Motorcyclist Dies Horrific Death After Collision with a Semi Truck

This motorcyclist was no match to a size and weight of a semi-trailer truck he got into collision with and his remains are a proof of it. The boy was brutally mingled after he fell under the wheels of a large automobile. One could easily assume that this motorcyclist was “totally leveled” by that fully loaded semi truck. I don’t know where or when this accident took place, but the newspaper his dead body is covered with has articles in English. That part is a bit confusing as everything else in the photos seems to suggest some perhaps Latino American country.

The reason I assume this is a body of a motorcyclist is because of the helmet that is right by the dead body. He was obviously caught pretty badly under the wheels of the semi truck and got destroyed to no avail. Truly a horrific way to go, even though he probably didn’t suffer too long. Still, what’s left of him is nowhere near pretty.

Serial Killer Ed Gein Crime Scene Photos

Ed Gain is considered to be the very original American Psycho. Even though it is disputable whether label Serial Killer suits Ed Gein well, since he was only convicted of murdering two people, the severity and notoriety of his murders as well as necrophiliac tendencies have directly influenced some of the most famous horror films, including The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, The American Psycho and The Silence of the Lambs. Ed Gein Biography

Edward Theodore Gein was born on August 27, 1906 in Plainfield, Wisconsin. He grew up under strong influence of his mother who was very domineering and shaped him to believe that sex was sinful and women were instruments of the devil. George Gein, the father of Ed was an alcoholic and died in 1940 as result of excessive drinking of heart failure. The death of his brother Henry Gein who died in 1944 during fire suggested foul play as there were no burns on his body, just countless bruises on his head. However no charges were filed even though Ed Gein was suspected to have taken part in his brother’s death. Then at the end of 1945, Ed Gein lost his mother Augusta Gein who died after a series of strokes.

After his mother’s death, Ed Gein felt alone and lost. He never developed any friendships and his mother was the only close person to him. Since he was the only member of the Geins family still alive, he was running the farm by himself and lived alone in a huge house. He locked up all the rooms used by his mother and only ever used one small room close to the kitchen.

Soon after his mother’s death, Ed Gein developed interest in anatomy of female body and started reading death cult magazines. What caught his interest the most were the atrocity of the Nazis, in particular the medical experiments performed on people in the concentration camps. His interest in the anatomy escalated to the point that within next few years he visited several local cemeteries and exhumed fresh female corpses, dissect them and keep some of the body parts, including their heads, sexual organs and occasional internal organs (heart, liver, intestines, etc.).

Ed Gein flayed several cadavers off their skin and wore it around his homestead. But his biggest interest lay in female genitalia. He would cut those out and play with them. It gave him immense gratification to wear woman’s panties stuffed with a vagina he would dissect from an exhumed victim. As his obsession grew larger, he was no longer satisfied with dead bodies and sought “fresher” victims.

Murder of Bernice Worden by Ed Gein

Bernice Worden was a woman in her late fifties – close to an age of Ed Gein’s mother. She disappeared on November 16, 1957. Her son Frank was sheriff’s deputy and since Ed Gein already had bad reputation in town and was spotted strolling the streets on day of Bernice Worden disappeared, Frank went to check out the Gein place.

Upon entering the woodshed, shocking evidence of Ed Gein’s obsession was revealed. Bernice Worden was hung inside upside down from a meat hook, her body headless and slit open across the front. Her heart was on a plate inside the house, her intestines and head inside a box in a shed. There were also skins from 10 female heads in the shed and a rolled up skin from one female torso. Ed Gein made himself a belt decorated with female nipples, upholsted one chair with human skin and had several skulls with crown cut off that he used as soup bowls. His refrigerator was full of human organs, table was decorated with human bones and lamps had shade coverings made of human skin.

The posts on Ed Gein’s Tudor bed were decorated with human skulls, one whole human head was hung on the wall to go along with skinned faces of nine women. Ed kept his most precious articles – female genitalia in a shoe box. Aside from those the searchers found plethora of other decorations made of human flesh, including newspaper stuffed heads that were displayed and mounted on the wall like hunting trophies.

Death Mary Hogan by Ed Gein

Ed Gein admitted to murdering Mary Hogan who was missing since 1954. Local tavern owner Mary Hogan was shot to death by Ed Gein. Her skinned face was found in a paper bag during initial search of the homestead.

There were remains of about 15 women found in the house, however Ed Gein said he could not remember how many women he actually murdered. Mary Hogan and Bernice Worden remain his only two convictions, hence it’s questionable whether it’s appropriate to address Ed Gein as serial killer.

The house of Ed Gein was burned to the ground on March 20, 1958 while Ed was in prison. Arson was without question in play, however Ed Gein cared less about the house and just shrugged it off when news reached him. The “For Sale” sign is still on the lot where house once stood, but nobody’s buying.

Death of Ed Gein

After his arrest, Ed Gein spent 10 years in mental hospital. His trial took place then, as he was then deemed mentally competent to stand trial. He was found guilty, but still criminally insane and was locked up in the Mendota Mental Health Institute where he served time until his death on July 26, 1984 of cancer influenced respiratory and heart failure. The prison guards noted that Ed Gein was a model prisoner – always polite, very gentle and discreet.

Ed Gein in Popular Culture

Since atrocities of Ed Gein were covered in national magazines Life and Time, he became widely known and recognized overnight. His story inspired many writers and filmmakers. Horror writer Robert Bloch based the store about deranged mama’s boy Norman Bates on Ed Gein. The story was then immortalized by Alfred Hitchcock who filmed Psycho based on the same story by Robert Bloch.

The Texas Chain Saw Massacre doesn’t have a character based on Ed Gein, however the house decorated with human artifacts resembles the Gein homestead. Leatherface wears the mask made of human skin, just the way Ed Gein did, and hangs up his victims on meat hooks, the same way Ed Gein’s victim Bernice Worden was murdered.

The list of movies which were directly or indirectly influenced by Ed Gein goes on – Buffalo Bill from The Silence of the Lambs, Donny from Go In The House, Oedipal killer from Maniac, etc.

Venezuela Mob Justice – Man is Tortured and Slowly Burned Alive

Venezuela has taken over as the world’s most violent country. Mob justice is normal and presence of little children is not only standard, they are some of the most involved when it comes to torturing and slowly murdering the victim. These men and women who are exposed to Venezuelan mob justice are presumed criminals. Perhaps someone saw them commit a crime which is then followed by whole village getting together to unleash mob justive on that person. There is no trial, the accused doesn’t get a chance to speak for himself, they are simply beaten until they are on the fringe of dying, but not dead yet. Then they are set on fire by having gasoline poured on their skin and are slowly burned alive.

There is no doubt the victim goes through excruciating pain. When your skin is on fire, it hurts like a motherfucker, you can tell the man in this video doesn’t even have the strength to realize he should be screaming in pain. He was tortured beyond reckoning prior to burning, lost great amount of blood and knows he’s going to die. But in Venezuela, they enjoy seeing these alleged criminals die slowly.

While this video doesn’t rank in extreme brutality as high as Dagestan Beheading, nor does it have the offensive nature of the Dnepropetrovsk Maniacs, the amount of pain and suffering this man endured is far greater than any other murdered or executed man on Best Gore. This is the death the Venezuela way – slow and painful. Especially as he’s burned alive – it’s done slowly so as to extend his suffering. Any other form of death would be easier. If he was beheaded, he would suffer way more, if he had his head smashed with the hammer till he’s virtually unconscious – it would again be less brutal. The way they do it in Venezuela puts the victim – whether criminal or not – through unimaginable pain.

Note that I am not disputing this man’s crime. He was believed to have raped a young girl and killed a bus driver in Valencia, Venezuela. He’s most likely a criminal, but each member of the mob that executed him in such a horrific way is no less guilty than he was. The man was brutally murdered and children took part in his murder. Plus the crowd took great joy in torturing the man. You can hear cheers and whistles and and one point a woman near sticks her cell phone camera up burning man’s naked ass cause it was exposed and she wanted a pic of it.

Columbine School Shooting Crime Scene Photos and Video

Columbine School Shooting took place on April 20, 1999. That means today is the 10th anniversary of the Columbine High School massacre. It’s tragic how the date of the shooting fell on 420. I celebrate 420 every day at 4.20pm and there is only one day of the year when 420 can be celebrated whole day. Sadly, this day also marks one of the darkest days in US history. Forever known as the Columbine School Shooting, April 20, 1999 took entire America and the rest of the world by the storm after Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold – two Columbine High School students unleashed merciless massacre, killing 13 people (victims include 12 students, 1 teacher), wounding 23, then committing suicide. One more quick note about 420 – aside form being the Columbine school shooting anniversary day, April 20th is also the birthday of Adolf Hitler (born April 20, 1889).

Only a few of the Columbine Crime Scene Photos out of thousands taken by Sherriff’s people made it out. They are still frowned upon as they are the reminder of the deadliest high school massacre in US history (fourth deadliest overall school massacre). Even now, 10 years since Columbine School Shooting took place there are more questions than answers. Why did they do it? Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold were just a couple of high school students who didn’t seem any different from other students. Their graduation was only two weeks away when they embarked on Columbine School Shooting.

According to videos and journal writings, Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold were planning the massacre in great detail. Their plan contained such perks as an attempt bombing that would rival Oklahoma City one, there were also plans to hijack an aircraft from the Denver airport, fly it to New York and crash into a building (yes, that was prior to 9/11). There was obviously a lot going on in the background with Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold, just nobody seemed to have picked up any signs and take action while they could. Next thing you know, 15 people are dead as result of Columbine School Shooting.

Lisa Lopez Autopsy Photo and Car Crash Death Video

Lisa Lopez was a singer in an R&B band TLC. Better known by her stage name “Left Eye”, Lisa Lopez got her stage name because she’d be wearing a pair of glasses with condom in place of the lens on her “left eye”. This was meant to promote safe sex practices. On April 25, 2002 Lisa Lopez crashed rented Mitsubishi Pajero which she was driving in La Ceiba, Honduras. She was the driver and the only casualty out of 10 people inside (some reports say there were 10 people in the vehicle, other say there were 8). As TLC girls often filmed themselves during off stage activities, the camera was rolling while they were driving so the death of Lisa Lopez is captured on the video. An autopsy photo leaked on the internet shortly after her death which caused a lot of controversy.

Lisa Lopez was just a month short of being 31 year old when the death caught her on the road in Honduras. She was driving the minivan with 9 passenger when she lost control over the vehicle, got off the road, vehicle rolled over several times throwing Lisa Lopez out through the window. She died instantly as result of head trauma. All other people who were in a car survived the car crash, Lisa Lopez was the only fatality.

In a video recorded just prior to car crash, Lisa Lopez is seen passing a Coca Cola box to the passengers in the rear when everyone starts to scream and the vehicle is seen approaching side of the road. The video then goes blank as if the camera turned off during the crash.

The Lisa Lopez death video as seen below was taken from a VH1 feature entitled The Last Days of Left Eye. I’m guessing there was more on the video, but they cut the goriest part out and left only enough to deliver the message, but not to completely upset the fans. Since “The Last Days of Left Eye” is the documentary about the last days of Lisa Lopez, it was put together to celebrate her life and as such has not caused outrage – despite footage showing last second of her life, immediately before the fatal crash in Honduras. What did cause outrage were leaked autopsy photos – as seen above. When I first saw the picture I didn’t find it too graphic at all, but then I realized that perhaps average public out there finds two droplets of blood viciously gory and an autopsy picture with a little dried blood and bruises on girl’s forehead is extreme.

If you take a look at the death video and compare it with the autopsy photo, you will notice that Lisa Lopez was wearing black tank top during car crash, but she was dressed into some form of pink pajamas with cute monkeys. Perhaps this was her favorite piece of garment that she’d loved since she was a child or meant something for her in other way. I do not exactly know why she was dressed in the PJs for her autopsy, but it’s one of the things that easily noticeable.

I have re-watched the video over several times but was unable to come up with clear reason as to why she’d drive off the road. I don’t think she was drunk and if the only reason was that she took off her eyes off the road and was unable to regain balance, then I’d just have to settle with the fact that she was a lousy driver. This seemed entirely preventable to me. Unless there was something we don’t see in the video, perhaps something that nobody else has seen, only Lisa Lopez herself. Perhaps whatever she saw made her want to drive off the road and kill herself. It’s all guesswork right now.

Photo of Large Breast Cancer Tumor after Mastectomy

Woman who was the owner of this breast severely neglected the cancer tumor that has developed on her breast and allowed it to grow into an unbearable size. Doctors were still able to save her life with mastectomy – surgical removal of her breasts, but still… she should have been doing her due diligence and checked her breasts regularly for any lumps or knots. Obviously, even after proper self checks have been neglected, this woman also neglected to have the lump looked at when it grown beyond hard to find size. When mastectomy was performed, her breast cancer tumor had overgrown the breast itself.

The photo of this large tumor is from the medical book that students who study to be doctors learn from. I’m assuming cancerous cells must have spread further into the tissue as surgeons removed a whole extra chunk of tissue during mastectomy that seems to reach far away from the tumor itself. Either way – the woman who allowed this breast cancer tumor to grow this big can count herself lucky that the cancer did not metastasize into other body parts so it was possible to save her life with mastectomy. She’d lost her breast, but she’s alive. Hope this was a good enough lesson for her and she’ll pay more attention to her body from now on. Breast cancer is second most common cancer in the world, after lung cancer. It should not be taken lightly.

Bad Car Accident Leaves People Mingled Beyond Recognition (pics)

I don’t know about you, but each time I look at photos of bad car accident victims, I know for damn sure that I won’t be speeding anytime soon. Porsche Girl Nikki Catsouras is hands down the most effective and most famous speeding deterrent. Other car accident victims – even though they don’t get as much recognition as the Porsche Girl, still work magic when it comes to demonstrating dangers of bad driving habits. These photos are from an unknown car crash I don’t know much about. Obviously, unless a car accident involves a pretty, 18 year old girl who has super rich dad, the names and circumstances mean nothing. These guys were left mingled beyond recognition, to the point that Nicole Catsouras seems like not much.

The most shocking pic I think is the own where guys head was decapitated leaving only his jaw attached to the rest of the body. If the head was decapitated clean, it wouldn’t look as bad but the remains of the jaw with few teeth sticking out makes it pretty awfully looking. It looks like they must have been driving at a very high speed and crashed into something that didn’t give way. If I were to guess, I’d say they didn’t suffer much and were dead almost instantly upon impact. Take the foot off the pedal when you’re driving folks. It might be an easy and fast way to go, but it sure ain’t pretty.

Alexander Novikov Killed and Eaten in Makeevka, Ukraine

Lots of weirdness going on in Ukraine. While Dnepropetrovsk Maniacs take the cake for the utmost brutality, the ending of Alexander Novikov doesn’t come too short of an extreme either. The dead body of Alexander Novikov (whose name coincides with Russian World War II air marshal) was discovered in the sewer manhole in Ukrainian city of Makeevka (Donbass region) by students were on their way home from school. These kids noticed human feet connected to bones stripped off meat sticking out of the sewer, alerted Ukrainian police who launched investigation. The findings of the new age cannibalism were shocking:

48 year old Alexander Novikov was a Makeevka resident and neighbor to Oxana Domanskaya and Edward Shutov. 34 year old Oxana Domanskaya was the mistress of 36 year old Edward Shutov who invited Alexander Novikov to party in their house. Since we’re talking about a party in the Ukraine, alcohol was absolutely involved and after they were all wasted, Alexander Novikov got into altercation with Edward Shutov. The fight got bloody and Edward Shutov ended up murdering Alexander Novikov who pissed him right off.

With dead body in their house, the couple was plotting a plan on how to safely get rid of it. That’s when Oxana Domanskaya proposed to use Alexander Novikov’s flesh as food. The two pulled their kitchen knives and started slicing dead Alexander Novikov up and stored his meat in the fridge. What was left of him was then thrown to the sewer hatch (amateurs – what did they expect out of throwing the left overs in the sewer?).

When the police busted the Makeevka house of Oxana Domanskaya and Edward Shutov, they found traces of Alexander Novikov’s blood and a bag with his flash in the kitchen. Frying pan was atop the gas stove with fresh human flesh getting crisped for supper.

I do not know whether they had previously eaten any of dead man’s flesh or whether this stir fry was their first attempt at cooking some of Alexander Novikov. Do you think human flesh tastes like chicken? And while I realize this took place all the way in Ukraine, it still gives whole new perspective to neighbor relations. I will arm up next time I’m invited to a drinking party with my neighbors.
