Warning: Bloody Child Gore – Baby with Insides Removed
If photos of dead, bloodied children offend you, you shouldn’t have clicked on the link in the first place. This appears to be an autopsy photo of a baby after it had all of the insides removed, even though the mortician’s table seems a bit sketchy with that block of wood, but maybe that’s what they use for babies?
The baby also looks a bit tiny to me – perhaps not a full term child? It’s unlikely that this was an abortion, right? Though to be perfectly honest, I wouldn’t know as I’ve never had a kid.
As a side note – you know you have seen too much gore when you look at a picture of a baby with its chest wide open and insides removed while blood still looks juicy and fresh and the first thing you can think of is that it would look really bad ass if you made a copy of it and used as jewellery cabinet. FML!

I think it is full term, perhaps even a couple of weeks old. The piece of wood would ordinarily be used to rest a full grown person neck on but obviously this baby is so small. I don’t know why they used it at all.
It’s sad to see babies like that especially as I have two children myself but autopsys need to be done I guess.
Very sad.
I dunno…something’s a bit sketchy here that isn’t just the wooden block… You can see some intestines laying around and looks like some other tissues as well… Wouldn’t they have taken the organs and weighed them or something? Instead of just flopping them out like they were gutting a fish…
Aww, that’s just terrible…
=’[
Forget jewellery case, I thought ‘handbags’
Anyway, why do you think they removed its insides?
Quick! Use the meat for baby bratwurst before it spoils!
It definitely breaks of the monotomy of older people being autopsied…. I wonder why they needed to autopsy it?
OH MY GOD…poor kid. But maybe there is a story behind this…we cannot judge unless we find it out
can’t really say much for the picture but an autopsy on a baby is pretty rare unless the cause of death is unnatural or suspicious. I don’t think this is a newborn since no umbilical cord is visible on the abdomen. The cord is normally cut 15-20 cm from the abdomen and cut again to 4-5 cms 6 hours after birth. Since the incision is midline it is a bit unusual not to see a fresh cord even if the skin is rolled. My guess is that the child is at least 2 weeks old, the time at which the cord falls off. This may be an investigative autopsy, a medicolegal case or in the same lines. But I must say the pathologist did a real mess of it, that is a pathetic autopsy.
LMFAOOOOO !!!!
it’s a dead baby.
i want to hide something inside him.
It’s like how I fillet fish, they nail the baby to the board to keep it from sliding around, small ones like that get pretty slippery.
It looks like a poor autopsy done by someone without decent training. Inventive use of the wood though, it leaves the chest cavity fully exposed and would make running the scalpel down the abdomen a bit easier.
On another matter, the baby would make a good hand puppet for a kiddies show.
Naw man, your not fucked in the head unless ur first thought was Bar-B-Q…….
I hope someone grabbed those tenderloins. They’d be so tender they’d melt right in your mouth. Granted they’re small but you can bet they’d be mighty tasty. If you could hang on to them until you got another set from another child, you’d REALLY having some good eating then!
