Guy Stabbed Right in the Face Multiple Times
If I were to guess, I’d say it was a crazed woman who didn’t want him to cheat on her all the time with other woman, so she altered his face with multiple stab wounds. Not one stab was aimed at his neck or other part of the body, just the head, predominantly face. Image came with scarce info so I’m not sure whether the guy lived after this or not. My guess is he lived as most stab wounds seem to go just through facial tissue, but not deeply into the skull, but that could be difficult to see from this picture.
The most impressive as well as most confusing part is what appears as a cross carved between his eyes. That one thing says against jealous girlfriend, cause if she wanted to deface him, then why go artistic on his face?
There are some bad stab wounds below his left eye, but it looks like the eye is still there. Eyes are nigh indestructible from what I’m noticing looking at gore pictures every day. You could have a victim with skull completely crushed and there you’ll find the eyes in their full, unspoiled glory. I don’t get it.
There’s a little cut by his right eye as well and if it went deep enough, it may have damaged the eye as it appears to go right through. That pubestache he’s wearing on his upper lip will be there for the last time, I’m guessing. If he attempts to grow it again, it will look awful by the giant scar left after the damage to the lip. His left ear is also in rather poor shape and may not be plastered together to its former glory ever again. Crazy stab wounds. Given that they all went to the face, it does make you think it was done by someone who wanted to simply deface him. A woman is the most likely attacker in my mind.

He’s dead – on a steel mortuary table.
Hey yeah, what’s with the cross? Work of a religious fanatic? I mean help me here! Maybe he’s one of those meth addicts who thought self-mutilation was the way to go.
Yep, I think wamphyri is right. This guy is WAYYYY dead. This is a table that could be used for autopsy or embalming. Note the head Stay made of metal.
Bleeding has stopped and blood washed off, (for the most part).
Note his left ear has been mutilated. And in the Hi Res photo, what looks like maybe a little brain tissue on the table directly under his head.
I think his entire head was used for a pin cushion or Knife cushion or whatever.
Worse case of zit craters I’ve EVER seen.

I’m guessing it was a woman, and she was PISSED. Hell hath no fury like a woman scorn.
But it does look like that cross was purposely put there… it would be interesting to get the back story on this one.

Looks like a ritual killing to me.
1. Cross “carved” between his eyes. notice the ornate cuts at each of the four ends of the cross.
2. His left eyelid has been cut away.
3. Lots of time was spent on this victim.
4. Somebody was sending a message to someone else.
5. Left ear mutilated. Bet the other one was too.
6. Just to the right at the top of the cross, it looks like a V or a dagger cut into his flesh.
This is creepy in its detail.
I don’t know but something just strikes me. This photo I don’t know but there’s just something in it that I cannot comprehend. It’s as if– it’s something done in rage. I can quite see in his eyes something– I’m having another one of those dead mind reading moments

The guy is almost certainly dead, yeah. The metal head rest is a give away.
There’s little clotting in some of the face wounds so they were either cleaned up, or they were inflicted after death. The lack of any signs of bleeding in such open wounds also suggests he’s dead.
My first reaction was “daaayyyummm he got f@cked up!”
..On his forehead there seems to be what looks like “yvn” or “yyn” carved in very thin cuts. Could just be there from accidental overly raged slicing, or it could be a message?

Too messy for a woman and carving the skin doesn’t fit well either. I’d say the guy was gay and either killed by a jealous boyfriend (hence the disfigurment) in a “no-one else will ever want a fugly like you” way or anti-gay person or persons (hence the cross). Might have been killed by a “str8″ guy he’d had sex with.
i think he is already dead, or dying when a Da Vinci wannabee guy fucked up his face & drew a religious symbol to it as if his face was a peice of paper in the art class… His face will not be as fucking gory if he was still alive when the killer did that, judging on his face, he looks lyk a MUSCLED type of guy, lyk Brandon Vera of UFC, so maybe he could just kick the Da Vinci wannabee’s balls, then run, unless if he is tied helpess…
