    It is a lot of brain I agree with dante, some kind of movile accident, I have never seen that amount of brain comming out of ear unless the skull is completely destroyed. probably he was in a motor bike and crashed, but I think the hit was form back to forwars, that Is why you see like a perfect line at the begining and then a chunk of skinn missing.
