This is not yet another video of the Jaw Boy of Syria, it’s a different fellow. This one is nowhere near as badly wounded as the Jaw Boy… we could almost say he got off easy compared to the former. It’s still pretty brutal.
The most appalling part of the video is the doc messing around with the wound without gloves on, which could cause unnecessary infection of the wound and could put him in danger of contracting whatever the wounded man had in blood. Which could also be a virus for which there is no cure. What’s the prevalence of HIV in Middle East?

I have to think it is another faked wound. It’s got to many flags of a manufactured video.
1) Blurry
2) Short
3) Non caring way he grabs the persons head after such trauma.
4) No sterile gloves
5) Taking the time to talk to the videographer and not take care of the patient
6) It’s from the Middle East sand box of hell.
Trust is a bit of a factor, isn’t it.
The wounded area looks a bit swollen, but, then again, good special effects make up artists have been doing their things for quite some time.

Honestly, I have to disagree. The wound is super fucking deep, as he pulld that flap os flesh back (that was kinda suprizing when the happened) it goes pretty far back, in my opinion, not enough “meat” to have been built up with foam latex or some other material to create the look of what this appears to be….a dude that was shot in the face.
That’s just my opinion based on what i can see.
One thing is for sure, the EGOTISM of that “nurse” made me want to beat the shit out of him.

The use of drugs there is SUPER iffy. so I wouldn’t say he is sadated.
It could be as fake as plastic vomit, but details in THIS vid make me think it’s a real wound.

Not sure if this was faked. But the stupid ass undertaker made a mistake he’s not dead yet! Seemed pretty real to me He was in pain. The skin flap seemed real enough and the man could not cry out but moan and if you look into his eye’s he was hurting.
