If photos of dead, bloodied children offend you, you shouldn’t have clicked on the link in the first place. This appears to be an autopsy photo of a baby after it had all of the insides removed, even though the mortician’s table seems a bit sketchy with that block of wood, but maybe that’s what they use for babies?

The baby also looks a bit tiny to me – perhaps not a full term child? It’s unlikely that this was an abortion, right? Though to be perfectly honest, I wouldn’t know as I’ve never had a kid.

As a side note – you know you have seen too much gore when you look at a picture of a baby with its chest wide open and insides removed while blood still looks juicy and fresh and the first thing you can think of is that it would look really bad ass if you made a copy of it and used as jewellery cabinet. FML!

I know, I know. These photos are gore classics that you all have probably seen but that was many years ago. Back then, these pictures reached the peak of their fame by being passed around in sneaky sounding emails. However, the new generation of gore fanboys may not have seen them and since they are pretty freaky, they deserve a spot on Best Gore.

These are post mortem photos of a young girl who looks like the creepiest character from a horror movie you would never want to see by your bed when you wake up. I don’t know how old she was when she died or whether her breasts disappeared due to same effects of death that had her disfigured and discolored, but the blood in her crotch gives an impression that she may have died while having a period. How’s that for freaky?

Drug smugglers would stop at nothing. Not even a body of a deceased person is sacred to them and when the opportunity calls, they’d stuff the corpse with drugs to smuggle the load that way. With today’s technology, specialty x-ray scanners and train dogs, this is not gonna work, unless the dog gets confused by the smell of dead meat…

Terrorists, Killers and Middle East Wacos video is basically a 54 minutes long compilation of some pretty good gore, war and ownage videos. It doesn’t have any commentary, unless the original video came with one. Otherwise it’s an ongoing compilation of one video pasted after another. It also contains videos we already have on Best Gore, such as the firing squad execution from Lebanon or hands and foot amputation of the thief or Bud Dwyer Suicide Video. It also contains videos I haven’t previously seen, such as the runaway tank, which is pretty hilarious. Terrorists, Killers and Middle East Wacos Video was put together by good people at Bum Fights. Autopsy of Pregnant Woman – Warning! Disturbing Pictures of an Unborn Baby

Warning! This post contains disturbing pictures of an unborn baby. The woman who is being autopsied must have been in late stages of pregnancy as the unborn baby appears well defined. My guess is the cause of death was a gun shot to the woman’s neck. You can see dark spot right in the middle of her neck suggesting that she may have been shot in her trachea at close range. The area appears so burnt that this may actually have been a point blank gun shot. Then if you look at the picture of her chest open, you may notice actual puncture in her trachea. So unless they pierce holes in corpse’s necks to hang them on a hook in morgue, then this woman was murdered by a gun shot to the neck.

Skin color and facial features suggest that she may have been from South East Asia. Possibly Thailand (not sure, not an expert) – though most Asian women don’t shave their pubes and this one seems to be shaved, or at least trimmed. There’s definitely no heavy bush typical of many Asian woman – again, unless they shave them prior to performing autopsies. But I doubt that – if pre-autopsy procedures involved any form of cleaning, this woman would not still have dried blood on her face and lips.

The tan lines on her breasts also suggest that she liked showing off in revealing clothes. Perhaps she was a hooker (just a dumb guess) which may or may not have anything to do with her pregnancy. But an Asian woman with shaved beaver and tan lines suggestive of bikini that barely covers her areola – there’s something “easy” about that…

Anyway, this woman was pregnant. The child she was bearing was due pretty soon so whoever killed her, offed too flies with one blow. Be warned that images in photo gallery below contain depictions of dead, unborn baby which might be potentially offensive and disturbing even to those of you who otherwise don’t mind regular gore. Stinky autopsy job, but well photographed:

What the hell is going on in this photo? It’s obviously an autopsy photo of a guy who may have been exposed to flames before or after death. But well preserved socks and t-shirt seem to go against that statement. And what exactly is the deal with that upwards pointing penis? British term “stiffy” immediately comes to mind especially since we’re talking about one stiff guy in the morgue. Truly an odd autopsy photo.

We have had several autopsy photos on Best Gore where victim was a cute, Asian girl. But being a mortician, you get to deal with all sorts of dead people, not just young, hot chick. Often times it older, bigger women and men. I wonder how professional morticians are. Do you think they secretly prefer to perform autopsies on hot young chicks or do you think they are so pro their mind doesn’t distinguish between a hot girl and a big old woman?

Adnan Dowikat Before and After a Close Range Shot to Head

I’m always in awe when skull cracks open, brain goes flying out of the skull but eye remains untouched. I’d think that eye would be the first to burst as result of pressure gunshot bullet creates inside the skull. Obviously there is more to human anatomy than meets the eye. This unlucky dude with whose skull resembles lotus flower is a Palestinian civilian Adnan Dowikat. Being a Palestinian, he took close range shot to the head from an Israeli police officer. They’ve got some high powered firearms in Israel. Most headshots we have on Best Gore did not crack victim’s skull open like that. This simply wasn’t Adnan Dowikat’s best day. Something got to him and it literally blew his mind.

The collection of photos has an inset with his “before” picture and a large version of after photo. The photos are from the mortician’s office somewhere in Palestine and an outraged local is walking around with pieces of brain like it’s free snack for kids. Headless in Morgue

Young boy is resting near headless in morgue awaiting autopsy. Something is telling me that the autopsy results will be pretty conclusive – death caused by severe head trauma. He kind of looks like that liquid metal Terminator T-1000 from the sequel after Arnold Schwarzenegger shot him in the face with a shotgun. I don’t think this young man acquired quite the skills of T-1000 to collect himself together after he took a blast in the face.

Petrobras Excavator Operator Eaten to Death by Piranhas (pics)

Piranhas have the reputation for being ferocious little fish who feed on flesh like there’s no tomorrow. While most scientific research supports the notion that piranhas don’t attack humans to kill for food, there have been a handful of cases where it may have been so. In this case, Petrobras excavator operator was working on a gasoline that passes through the Amazon river when whole excavator crashed into the stream. Trapped inside heavy machinery, the operator broke the glass so as to free himself and swim to the surface. As he was forcing his way through, he cut himself on the broken glass and started bleeding. Blood has attracted the school of piranhas who ate the man’s flesh down to the bone.

Someone suggested that this whole story of Petrobras excavator operator getting eaten to death by piranhas is a hoax, based on photos. Especially the eye sockets which allegedly should look different without the eye balls. I don’t know whether it’s a hoax or not – snopes has nothing on this and I have no other means to verify. However, compared to other skull pictures widely available on line, I don’t think these eye sockets look much different. What do you think? Real or fake? Could piranhas eat a man down to the bone like this? From one picture it would even seem that there were piranhas inside the man when he was “fished out” of the Amazon river, suggesting that he may have been eaten from within.
