Helloo??? If you want to say that they are happy then let me tell u this.. Most probably the family is looking fr that missing guy and those divers found him which make the police life easier and maybe which the police cant do.. And the police would have compliment them fr this..This is thus far the only reason why they feel happy.. But to me is still that they want to look good and charming on camera..
