I believe that all pictures on Best Gore are just a collection of images available on the internet. If you look at the watermark, there is no claim of the copyright. It just says that the images are hosted on BestGore.com. If the images are protected by copyright, then you would need permission of the copyright holder. Websites that share images within "fair use" policy are not copyright holders. They just use the images to accompany news reports that these images are related to. You don't need permission to share images within fair use policy. If you however wanted to use the images to sell them for profit, then you may need to contact the copyright holder to get the release to sell the images. Don't quote me on that, but that's how it is as far as I know.
