Even though this looks like another dead motorcyclist, I was corrected that this is a video of a bum who was shot in the eye so I’m gonna go with that. No further info unfortunately, other that it happened somewhere in Brazil.

i find it very hard to believe that a Brazilian would give a shit about a dead bum(and i base that on my experience here that Brazilians are not a caring group of people), therefore if he IS a bum that woman must have been right there with him when he was killed and that’s why she’s all fucked up over it
That woman is his mother. He is a criminal and probably also a drug addicted, but technically he isn’t a “bum”, because he isn’t homeless, he had a home and a family, and apparently this wasn’t enough to keep him away from drugs, he preferred to rob and drug himself to get a job and live a normal life. In my opinion, he had what he deserved. Karma’s a bitch!

According to what they said on the video, the dead guy was recently released from jail, and had just robbed a grocery store(maybe that’s why he was killed). He was murdered while walking down the street with another guy(maybe his partner in crime?), who was also shot but managed to escape. This happened in city called Feira de Santana.
