28 year old Jeferson Severino da Silva Santos of the Caiucá neighborhood worked as a security guard but was also a drug user. On Saturday February 23, 2013 at around 11pm he was shot dead on Notre Dame Street, in the Severino Alfonso neighborhood in Caruaru, Pernambuco, Brazil. The killers shot him several times in the head, neck and chest. The wounds forced him to puke blood all over his face.
Anyone involved with drugs in any way in Brazil – whether as a user or dealer – seems to have a very short life span and not necessarily due to overdoses. Especially if they wear flip flops and their name contains Da Silva.
