Woman Hacked and Eaten by Wildlife

Let’s play a guessing game with this one. The picture came with no background story whatsoever. Your guess is as good as mine. What the hell happened to her? I was thinking that maybe she was murdered with a blow to the head, which would explain that open skull. Once knocked unconscious, she was hacked and dumped in the field where wildlife munched on her flesh. The latter would explain bare bones on her arms. She got botched good, whatever happened to her. Damn!
