At about 2:15 p.m. on Thursday, March 16, 2017, 36 year old Rodney James Hess was shot dead by Crockett County citizen killers at the intersection of Highway 412 and Highway 88 in Alamo, Tennessee. He was unarmed.
According to the police, Rodney James Hess, who’s originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, stopped his SUV on a road sideways, blocking traffic on the ramp. They alleged he refused officer commands and made erratic statements. He then allegedly tried to run over one of the cops, so they shot him dead.
One things the cops know the best is that dead man tell no tales. But Rodney Hess livestreamed his execution on Facebook. It doesn’t really show much, but the man is dead after being shot while this video was being streamed.
In the video, the victim can be heard asking one of the officers for the high in command to show up.
According to his fiancee Johnisha Provost, Hess was bipolar, and was in Tennessee visiting his mother, who lives in the Memphis area.
