Funny Vintage Photo – Man With a Purse Dies in Car Accident
This is easily one of the weirdest gore photos I’ve ever seen. The way the couple of fellows stands above the dead man and stares at him is pure fucking odd, but the purse in the dead man’s hand takes the cake. Seriously, what the fuck is going on in this photo?
From the vintage looks of the photo I’m guessing the accident dates back to the beginnings of color photography, which I have no idea when it took place so let’s focus on two weird dudes standing above the dead man and their pointy footwear instead. The one in chequered shirt is actually checking the purse out as it seems undamaged. He looks like he’s playing with an idea of snatching it and taking off like a silent fart.

It seems a purse thief to me. maybe he was running away pretty fast and didn’t see the truck which was coming in the street. The guys seems 80’s mexican police agent, but I don’t know certainly.

Definatley, I think he was snatching a purse and did not see that truck comming! Shitty way to go, didnt even get to spend the stolen money! Yeah it could not have been too awful long ago, all the vehicles seem to be late 80’s most likley early-mid 90’s. Sure is poor camera quality. But gotta love all the gore! I sure do!

It would appear that maybe this man snatched the purse and was fleeing across a street with it,not paying attention to the flow of traffic and was subsequently struck then run over by a passing vehicle.The two onlookers may have been passengers or a driver and a passenger from the vehicle that struck the man as the car appears to have stopped.They could also just be onlookers,seemingly not stunned by what has happened possibly attributed whole or in part to the views they have on death wherever this photo was taken.This is unfortunate.I cannot imagine stumbling upon this scenario on any given street on any given day nor could I fathom being at all concerned in such a situation with what kind of bag that man was carrying,it’s possible contents or claiming the bag for myself from a dead man’s hand and washing his remains off of it,proceeding to carry the thing or sell it as if that behavior was either acceptable or commonplace.
