If photos of dead, bloodied children offend you, you shouldn’t have clicked on the link in the first place. This appears to be an autopsy photo of a baby after it had all of the insides removed, even though the mortician’s table seems a bit sketchy with that block of wood, but maybe that’s what they use for babies?

The baby also looks a bit tiny to me – perhaps not a full term child? It’s unlikely that this was an abortion, right? Though to be perfectly honest, I wouldn’t know as I’ve never had a kid.

As a side note – you know you have seen too much gore when you look at a picture of a baby with its chest wide open and insides removed while blood still looks juicy and fresh and the first thing you can think of is that it would look really bad ass if you made a copy of it and used as jewellery cabinet. FML!

I know, I know. These photos are gore classics that you all have probably seen but that was many years ago. Back then, these pictures reached the peak of their fame by being passed around in sneaky sounding emails. However, the new generation of gore fanboys may not have seen them and since they are pretty freaky, they deserve a spot on Best Gore.

These are post mortem photos of a young girl who looks like the creepiest character from a horror movie you would never want to see by your bed when you wake up. I don’t know how old she was when she died or whether her breasts disappeared due to same effects of death that had her disfigured and discolored, but the blood in her crotch gives an impression that she may have died while having a period. How’s that for freaky?

Autopsy of Pregnant Woman – Warning! Disturbing Pictures of an Unborn Baby

Warning! This post contains disturbing pictures of an unborn baby. The woman who is being autopsied must have been in late stages of pregnancy as the unborn baby appears well defined. My guess is the cause of death was a gun shot to the woman’s neck. You can see dark spot right in the middle of her neck suggesting that she may have been shot in her trachea at close range. The area appears so burnt that this may actually have been a point blank gun shot. Then if you look at the picture of her chest open, you may notice actual puncture in her trachea. So unless they pierce holes in corpse’s necks to hang them on a hook in morgue, then this woman was murdered by a gun shot to the neck.

Skin color and facial features suggest that she may have been from South East Asia. Possibly Thailand (not sure, not an expert) – though most Asian women don’t shave their pubes and this one seems to be shaved, or at least trimmed. There’s definitely no heavy bush typical of many Asian woman – again, unless they shave them prior to performing autopsies. But I doubt that – if pre-autopsy procedures involved any form of cleaning, this woman would not still have dried blood on her face and lips.

The tan lines on her breasts also suggest that she liked showing off in revealing clothes. Perhaps she was a hooker (just a dumb guess) which may or may not have anything to do with her pregnancy. But an Asian woman with shaved beaver and tan lines suggestive of bikini that barely covers her areola – there’s something “easy” about that…

Anyway, this woman was pregnant. The child she was bearing was due pretty soon so whoever killed her, offed too flies with one blow. Be warned that images in photo gallery below contain depictions of dead, unborn baby which might be potentially offensive and disturbing even to those of you who otherwise don’t mind regular gore. Stinky autopsy job, but well photographed:

What the hell is going on in this photo? It’s obviously an autopsy photo of a guy who may have been exposed to flames before or after death. But well preserved socks and t-shirt seem to go against that statement. And what exactly is the deal with that upwards pointing penis? British term “stiffy” immediately comes to mind especially since we’re talking about one stiff guy in the morgue. Truly an odd autopsy photo.

This guy pissed someone off pretty good. The attacker went a bit overboard with stabbing, though. I can’t imagine what kind of frenzy you have got to be in in order to deliver multiple stab wounds and slashes like in this autopsy photo above. Overkill is right. It looks like the murderer stabbed the victim a few dozen times. There is a good concentration of stab wounds in general heart area so murdering the guy was clear intent. Not sure what the deal with cuts on head and neck is. Those deep cuts remind me of that Iranian Cop who survived beheading attempt. Nasty!

Headless in Morgue

Young boy is resting near headless in morgue awaiting autopsy. Something is telling me that the autopsy results will be pretty conclusive – death caused by severe head trauma. He kind of looks like that liquid metal Terminator T-1000 from the sequel after Arnold Schwarzenegger shot him in the face with a shotgun. I don’t think this young man acquired quite the skills of T-1000 to collect himself together after he took a blast in the face.

Autopsy Photo – Insides of the Skull with Brain Removed

Ever wondered what the insides of the skull looks like when the brain is removed? Well, the ages old question is answered in the autopsy photo above. I know you would naturally expect there to be a hole for the spine, but it’s not until you see a photo taken from this viewpoint when you realize that the hole looks like washroom drain. This is the type of view all of us who don’t work as morticians are deprived of.

From the condition of her skin, I’m judging the victim is a woman in her 30′s. I don’t know any more details regarding her death – why she’s dead, what killed her, where it took place, etc. If anyone knows please share. So far the best autopsy photo I’ve seen. Mot other photos are taken from other angles, never really exposing the insides of the skull in such clear way. They sure cut them up well during autopsy, eh?
