When you hear the phrase “Double Execution in Mexico” a natural response is to think that it was some drug related, gang kill. This cold blooded double murder was allegedly not the case, which only comes to prove that in Mexico it matters little whether you are in drug trade or not, you best watch your step or you could see your precious brain splattered all over the leather upholstery of your fancy car.

Even though at first sight he doesn’t look it, the person in white t-shirt with one eye popped up and brain leaking from the other is a guy. The story has it that he’d been sticking his naughty penis into the holy vagina of the woman sitting in a car next to him. The bad news was that the woman promised at the altar to give her snatch to no other but a man she married. Her husband found out about the bitch was cheating on him and took care of business the Mexican way – executing both of them with a fire arm. You don’t fuck with unstable Mexican’s wife.

Another day in South East Asia, another dead with brains leaking out of his skull. Looks like Thailand again. Considering that he was actually hit by a train, he doesn’t look that bad. Sure there’s piece of his skull missing sending a chunk of his brain adrift, but otherwise not too bad. The officer who shows off the piece of brain is hilarious. It almost looks as though he was showing what he was taking home to cook for supper.

Trains as always remain undefeated arm wrestlers. Get in the way of a train, you end up sliced up, train will continue moving unhindered. A surefire way to send yourself across the river Styx. Did somebody say something about Asian drivers? How about a truck driver who crushes a pedestrian right on the crosswalk? Stereotyping or simply calling a spade a spade? Asian driver are truly giving female drivers a good run for their money.

I’m kind of surprised that once the truck turned the pedestrian into a squishy, he simply left it there parked on his crushed skull. You’d think he’d at least move the truck so it doesn’t look this stupid. He can’t do the squishy any more of a disservice at this point. His head is crushed under truck wheels, passers by can see brain matter next to the wheel, and he’s gonna have to move that truck at some point anyway. Duh. Must have been quite a sound when skull cracked open under the weight. Damn…

This is the freakiest set of pictures I’ve seen yet. Young woman got involved in some form of freak accident which left her with severe skull trauma including brain leakage but she was also scalped all over except on her face. By some freak chance, her face was left untouched, including the eyes, lips, cheeks and so. But from her forehead all the way across the skin was ripped right off the skull along with the ears.

It’s ironic how when all of head’s skin gets removed, the corpse still looks decent, aside from missing ears, but if face got ripped off, that would have left whole different impression. How the skin managed to get torn right along the edges of her face is a mystery to me. Freak accident for sure but nasty as hell.

What a shame to go down like this, still strapped to a fucking accordion you were playing just before you took a shot to the skull. But then again, maybe he loved his accordion dearly in which case playing it would have been the last thing he did before he died.

There is no picture showing actual wound but it must have opened the skull widely. Brain matter and thick blood drained into the street profusely. Accordions are heavy duty musical instruments. I wouldn’t be surprised if this music box survived the fall. You could just wipe off the blood and play it like new. Bloody murder!

At last there’s a photo of a head explosion with missing eyes. I could never understand how a skull cracks wide open, brain leaks like runny omelette yet eyes are safely in the sockets. This fat woman got it pretty bad and whatever happened to her eyes, they are not there, which seem to be normal with this type of head trauma.

She undoubtedly suffered from a massive blow to her forehead. She looks like some form of farm woman so maybe it was farm equipment that malfunctioned and pieces of metal went flying. One of them opened her skull and let her brain leak out. Though in these pictures it seems like the brain is on the morgue gurney leaving the impression it was all inside the skull until she was collected by morticians. Some seriously gory head trauma right there.

It’s an undisputable fact that helmets save lives. While they are mandatory in many countries, there are still places where motorcycles are prevalent and traffic congested yet people continue riding without them. The results are splattered skulls with brain leakages.

I have been to Cambodia which is where these pictures could be from. Or maybe Thailand. I’m quite sure it’s in South East Asia but I could be wrong. One of the pictures clearly shows where the scooter rider hit the truck with his head. That was the moment of his death. In the top picture you can see part of the skull from his forehead hanging loose by a piece of skin. Had he worn a helmet, his head wouldn’t splatter like this. He quite possibly could have survived the collision if he wore a helmet. It’s the “head on” ramming of the truck with his helmetless head that turned him off in an instant. Brutal!

Some car accidents look almost like they are work of some movie special effects team. This one is one of them. The way the guy is hanging out of the car and the way his head is crushed and brain leak out is almost unrealistic. His brain is literally dripping out of his skull. His eyes are still open giving away an impression of staring at you and if you have a bit of imagination, you will see him smiling.

Not much info was provided with these photos. It looks like a high speed accident and the dude was not wearing a seatbelt which resulted in a head crush and hanging out of the car in a very spectacular way. Thanks to Angie for the pics.

Crack mafia members often end up with their skulls cracked wide open. This one took a headshot to his head that opened up his skull well enough for the brain to leak out in a fairly spectacular way.

If you take a look at his forehead, you will notice an apparent bullet hole. I wonder if that’s the same hole that blasted his skull off on the wau out of whether there was another shot that took part of his skull out. Impressive headshot either way.

While I often see how wearing helmets can often save your life, I’m not entirely sure a helmet would save this bicycle rider from skull splatter of such proportions. He got his head run over by a truck hence this impressive (not for him and his family) skull splatter and while bicycle helmets can soften an impact against pavement, I’m not sure how well they are designed to withstand a weight of a heavy truck. Motorcycle helmet would most likely save his life but a bicycle one – I’m not sure.
