After this guy blasted his head off with a firearm, he just kind of leaned forward and stayed like that, exposing the damage the blast has done to his skull. Well executed suicide and nice pose for aftermath pictures. If you’re gonna kill yourself, might as well make it a spectacle. At least he succeeded at killing himself unlike so many failures who fail to rip the bullet through their brains. Speaking of brains, there’s plenty of grey matter to see in this photo. Zombies would drool uncontrollably on sight…

Eyeball Displaced After Deadly Headshot

Eyeballs are the most indestructible part of human bodies it seems. So many headshot pictures on Best Gore, yet eyes still retain their form without bursting. The fascination never ends. In this case, guy took a bullet right between his eyes which busted open his right eyelid exposing the eyeball. Now the eye is sticking out of the skull in quite distasteful way. It’s soaked in dried up blood giving it this rich red tinge of doom. Poor guy but great aiming on behalf of the assassin. That’s probably the spot most snipers go for when shooting at the head. Unless they aim for the heart, right?

Boy Shot Point Blank in the Temple of the Head

This boy appears too young to end like this. We don’t see whole face but from what we can see, it does appear as though he was a child. He took a point blank gunshot to the temple of his head. You can still see unburnt gunpowder and burnt in ring from the barrel of the gun.

No info came with the image so I can’t tell whether this is a self inflected wound (aka suicide) or whether someone shot him mercilessly in the head. I tend to lean towards suicide cause if someone wanted to shoot a boy at close range, they wouldn’t go all the way point blank to his head, would they? Something’s telling me that an average murderer would get as close as a foot from the head, but not point blank. But I’m not an expert, it’s just my imagination speaking. What do you think? Suicide or murder?

Accordion Player Murdered in the Street

What a shame to go down like this, still strapped to a fucking accordion you were playing just before you took a shot to the skull. But then again, maybe he loved his accordion dearly in which case playing it would have been the last thing he did before he died.

There is no picture showing actual wound but it must have opened the skull widely. Brain matter and thick blood drained into the street profusely. Accordions are heavy duty musical instruments. I wouldn’t be surprised if this music box survived the fall. You could just wipe off the blood and play it like new. Bloody murder!

Crack mafia members often end up with their skulls cracked wide open. This one took a headshot to his head that opened up his skull well enough for the brain to leak out in a fairly spectacular way.

If you take a look at his forehead, you will notice an apparent bullet hole. I wonder if that’s the same hole that blasted his skull off on the wau out of whether there was another shot that took part of his skull out. Impressive headshot either way.

I’m always in awe when skull cracks open, brain goes flying out of the skull but eye remains untouched. I’d think that eye would be the first to burst as result of pressure gunshot bullet creates inside the skull. Obviously there is more to human anatomy than meets the eye. This unlucky dude with whose skull resembles lotus flower is a Palestinian civilian Adnan Dowikat. Being a Palestinian, he took close range shot to the head from an Israeli police officer. They’ve got some high powered firearms in Israel. Most headshots we have on Best Gore did not crack victim’s skull open like that. This simply wasn’t Adnan Dowikat’s best day. Something got to him and it literally blew his mind.

The collection of photos has an inset with his “before” picture and a large version of after photo. The photos are from the mortician’s office somewhere in Palestine and an outraged local is walking around with pieces of brain like it’s free snack for kids. Brain Leakage Out of Skull After Lethal Headshot

Angie claims that this headshot is more picture perfect than previously published picture perfect headshot. This kid took it pretty bad, skull blasted open right between the eyes resulting in brain leakage that looks almost as if you squashed a caterpillar. Poor kid got to stare at his own brain leaking out of his skull as he lay there dying in pool of his own blood. To be honest, I’m not that sure if it was a headshot that cracked this skull open. Could have been a heavy blow to the head with a blunt object. Either way, some seriously lethal force ended this life in a truly horrific way.
