I don’t have any background info about this video, but in the top right corner, there is this logo of a waving Islamic flag that says “All Jews” in it. ISIS videos are watermarked with that same flag. The way the people in the video are dressed reminds me more of the Taliban, than your typical ISIS mujaheddin, though.
The video depicts a swift beheading, carried out with a sword to the back of the neck. The blow, however hard, fails to severe the head. Not sure what the deal is with all these botched beheadings by sword lately.
It would also appear that the man who finished the beheading is not the same man who started it. Notice how the eyes remain fixated on the bloody blade once the head is severed. That midget/kid duo on the left in the second half of the video creeps me out.
