More footage from Brazilian prison shows a group of inmates showing off a bloodied, severed head of a freshly decapitated prisoner on camera.
I don’t know for sure which prison the video is from, but with the second deadliest prison riot having just happened a few days ago in Manaus, in the state of Amazonas, it’s possible that it could be from there.
