Arm Cut After Falling on Knife in Norwegian Forest

Arm Cut After Falling on Knife in Norwegian Forest

Today’s second edition of Best Gore Members Rock is brought to you by Best Gore member @thebug. Here is his story:

Hello there 🙂

I recently found this gory site and it pokes my curiosity. I thought I would be sick to my stomach by watching all this murdering and hate but I’m perfectly fine by it now and kinda tell my mind it’s to learn what is going on in the world and how I can avoid many dangerous situations.

That being said, I live in Norway and don’t get into many dangerous situations up here. This lifestyle is what everyone else should do – find fun things to do, hiking, canoeing, playing video games, being a dad and paragliding!

Thought it would be fun to share a gory-story involving myself as the main character. I was out in the woods setting up a zipline with a buddy of mine, when I fell while walking on the forest floor and I embraced myself with my arm when I fell and I cut myself. Didn’t bleed much but all the fat or whatever is coming out of the wound looks a bit nasty.

Here is the before and after pictures.

Thanks a lot for the pics and story, @thebug. Most of us on Best Gore started out of pure human curiosity, but soon found ourselves realizing the content on here is not only important, but necessary for our lives and the lives of our loved ones. Welcome among the aware:

          1. Thank you for your pictures.
I tell myself the same thing.
I look at this gore stuff to learn.
Which is why I’ve got my CHL.
And why I’m careful in traffic.
            Either driving or walking.
After all the dead Thais I’ve seen.
That have been run over by Mac trucks.
            I’m extra careful around them.
Well take care and God bless friend.

            @thebug

        1. well man,ya it was a great fight,i feel for conner,he put on the pounds but it got to him in the second round,he wasnt used to carrying that much and it showed, look he isnt indistructable but atleast he had the bottle to go up and fight,i think he is badass as fuck,he will learn from this..

    1. So you didn’t actually fall on a knife? Wow have you ever heard of that saying ‘never let the truth get into the way of a good story’? Do you think the story was lost in translation? @thebug Good pictures by the way, when I still thought you were accidently cut with a knife, I was going to tell you that usually the photos sent in by BestGore members with huge cuts are deliberate!

  1. You made me laugh when you say,” oh I don’t find myself in many dangerous situations here in Norway and we should all do healthy lifestyle things like – PARAGLIDING !!!” That sounds just a tad dangerous to me, but maybe you are talking about paragliding documentaries ha ha ha……….

      1. The progress from beginners course to advanced paraglider is a fairly long one. You start of with running down a field while trying to get the paraglider up in the air. And haft to have 60 trips from 250m or higher before you can fly on your own. And from there on you still have 2 more steps to go through before you are a top paraglider. Helm is the only safety gear that is required but most people have a spare chute, mountian boots and a harness that either have a airbagsystem or foam inside to protect from bad starts and landings. I think the statistics says in every 1000 tris there is a chance for a fairly seroius injury.

Beginners and advanced pilots who push their limit is the ones that hurts themselves most of the time 🙂

Good thing for me cause im just average right now 🙂

    1. Hehe. The more i paraglide the less dangerous it seems to my mind. But for every time i do paraglide, Im that much closer to the accident waiting for me 😛 But i guess you could say the more you push your limit the more you feel alive fo learning and mastering it.

This is what most people should do. I guess it boils down to spare time, economy and availabillity too. Keep yourself occupied and have plenty of hobbies 🙂

  2. Oh boy that must hurt real bad .
The gash is gonna heal anyway but that scar will remain to serve you reminders ” To let not your hair down ” in future.
@thebug………..it pays to Stay alert man

    BTW thanks for sharing

  3. That is a Deep cut, my man, but kudos to the Doctor, as he did a fantastic stitch job on ya! The Girls are going to love this big-ass scar, me thinks! Thanks for sharing with us. 🙂

  4. I was wondering about what terrible luck it would be to happen upon a knife in the woods and that is the one place you stumble. Then I see that there was no knife! Well a rock makes more sense doesn’t it. You get more of those lying around.
Glad you got it treated and no infection/complications 🙂
