Doooooooo it! You’ve already got coffee, you need a slice of cake! It’s the LAW! Are you saving it for something later? I’ll be making an apple pie for my hubby’s birthday BBQ later this week (it’s his favourite, which is lucky because it’s about the extent of my baking ability, bless his simple nature!) and it has this very, very delicate sandy crust that my granny gave me the recipe for. Unless it cools down a bit, it’s gonna be damn near impossible to work with the buttery pastry. Any tips???
