Have to admit I was holding onto this footage until I knew exactly what was happening:
On February 22, 2019 a Little Rock Police Department shooting involving Officer Charles Starks and Bradley Blackshire was captured on dashcam footage. It shows the officer shooting 15 times through car windshield, killing suspected car thief.
Starks confronted Blackshire after the Nissan he is driving is flagged as stolen. Starks opens fire on suspect after Blackshire repeatedly refuses to get out of the car and tries to slowly drive away.
Arkansas police fire a white cop who was not charged after killing the black driver. Starks isn’t facing criminal charges in connection with the death of 30-year-old Bradley Blackshire.
