Iraqi Army Shoots Up ISIS Convoy with Mi-35 and IA-407 Gunships

The Iraqi army doesn’t have the balls to engage ISIS in a face to face combat (kind of like their puppeteers that put them in power) so they shoot them up from the air. “The Clash of Swords” music that ISIS uses in their videos kicks this gay music in the ass too.

The video shows the Iraqi army shooting up a convoy of ISIS vehicles driving through desert. The Iraqis used Mi-35 and IA-407 gunships for the engagement. These helicopters have pretty powerful FLIR cameras that can zoom in quite closely on the target from a distance.

  1. God bless the Iraqi Army and the SAA. Most the Iraqi Anbar tribes of the Sahwa “Awakening” councils are pussys. Bu the ‘SWAT’ who are special forces reporting directly to the president are pretty decent.

    1. It does look like lots of fun , blowing a convoy to smitherines from above . Surely the best bet for the truck occupants , would be to abandon ship and get the fuck down behind a rock or something . Or maybe they just think fuck it , shout a couple of bar snacks and make ready to meet the piper .

          1. ‘member the old “commandos” stratedgy game? the muscle-bound irish sgt could choose his “shovel” icon/tool and bury himself in a flash – i recon that tool would be useful here?
same as thee ewes, instinct would tell me to get away from the vehicles – which i would see as a few thousand killer metal shards – and take my chances against the 30mm cannon. not that it would really make any difference (without the “shovel” tool anyway)

  2. Gay ass music @ate? That music is fuckin’ awesome, like a mix of Iraqi roq/Led Zep middle eastern fusion.

I had a tea towel around my head doing a Chuck Berry nigger dance around the room.

Fucked my knee up on the coffee table, but these things can be expected when dancing to the tune of war.

      1. I just don’t get how could somebody look for that things it’s creeping me out I bet they don’t have daughters,I just no longer go down,it was better without it ๐Ÿ™

        1. As the saying goes … it takes all sorts .
Certainly gives an insight on the odd things that some think about .
I wouldn’t get too hung up about it though @hanabi , we live in a strange world with many strange things going on , plus I think many of he terms are searched by none English speakers , so they can appear odd .

          Don’t worry about it .

          1. I guess you’re right I’ll try to don’t think about it anymore, maybe That’s the way you all feel when I talk about my stuff ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. The Apache pilot was plinking them like targets at the carnival. Wonder who was flying that Apache? American or Iraqi pilot? Apaches are so fucking lethal They make anyone look good .

  4. The Iraqi Airforce don’t, currently, have any Apache Longbow assets. The Iraqi government is anticipating delivery of 24 AH-64E aircraft and the first of 30 F-16 Flying Falcons in September 2014. The aircraft will be based at Balad AFB.

Given that the conversion time for the Longbow is at least 6 months, anticipate that US pilots will continue to support operations for some time.

  5. Iraq is no better for the change of ownership and is virtually on the brink of civil war.

The problem with this ‘clinical’ elimination of pick up trucks is that the Iraqis dont understand the technology. Their society just isnt advanced enough. I mean, they cant build their own missiles and optics and electronic control systems and just like in any doomsday scenario when they clever stuff runs out it will be the people that can weld a .50 cal to the back of someones mums pick up that are going to do the most damage.

I look forward to the day that Iraq goes straight back to where it was and then maybe we can arrest Blair for war crimes.

    1. Exactly, but the US gets to extract US$ 4.8 billion from the Iraqi economy for the aircraft, parts, munitions and ‘logistic support’.

Remember that it’s vitally important to keep the military-industrial complex working; you wouldn’t want them all sitting idly on their hands when there is money to be made replacing an airforce that the US effectively destroyed in 2003.

The US$ 4.8 billion is just for the Apache Longbows.

This is what was put to Congress in January this year:

‘This proposed sale will contribute to the foreign policy and national security of the United States by helping to improve the security of a strategic partner. This proposed sale directly supports the Iraq government and serves the interests of the Iraqi people and the United States.’

This is the military equivalent of Wal-Mart; ‘Another 16 HellFire missiles and 1200 rounds of 30mm AP. Must have been busy today Hamid. Would you like some Hydra missiles with that, they’re on special, today.’

      1. all the chaos in the Middle East is to keep Israel safe. nothing of oil, military-industrial complex or poppy production. everything revolves around the protection of israel!

        1. I’m going to disagree on that; the Afghanistan opium production is, probably, worth around ?200 billion per annum across the Western world; it pales into insignificance against the gas and oil reserves in Iraq (now the 2nd largest exporter with 20% being exported to the US: 2012 OPEC figures), and Afghanistan is all about the mineral wealth, with a fair chunk of oil and gas on top.

    1. Fuck Isis , all queda, boko haram, all nursa , all them snackbaring, insane and bloodthirsty Islamic extremists. They all fucking stink like swass and fuck kids and goats. I’d love to fight them cocksuckers and kill many.

  6. first of all its not iraqi forces lol?.look at the screen, everything is in english?.how about the apache that flew in frame?.last time i checked the US is the only country with apaches so chalk one up for the wonderful american forces that fucked these dumbasses up

  7. I always question the validity of these posters who talk absolute trash. the US army is comprised with mostly battle-hardened warriors who frequently engage hostiles on the ground. yet the poster indicates that they don’t because they’re too ‘pussy’ or what ever. i get that you dont like the US army but calling them cowards just makes you look like an idiot.
