Savage Knife Attack Caught on CCTV in Huancayo, Peru

Savage knife attack was caught on CCTV cameras in Huancayo, Peru. A man identified as Feliz Mentes sneaked up on and repeatedly stabbed a young man in broad daylight and in full view of the public. The assassination attempt was eventually marred by the “Serenazgo” – Peru’s unarmed municipal patrol guards.

When asked why he tried to kill the young man, the attacker responded by stating that is was an act of revenge. He claimed the victim had attacked him in the same manner before.

TV host says this type of violence is common in the streets of Peru. Sometimes it’s done to gain territory, other times as an act of revenge or just to follow orders.

  1. I couldn’t really tell how big the knife was, in the CCTV footage, only that the attacker was repeatedly stabbing the victim, almost in a frenzy. But after seeing that cop holding it, all I can think of is how much serious internal damage it would cause, being brutally plunged into you like that!

  2. This is normal. I hear about it all the time. I want to see some blood baths though like people getting mushed by cars or decomposing bodies. I’m Peruvian and I go there every summer. The traffic is ridiculous and I have no idea how I haven’t been hit by a car yet.
