Brutal Accident in Philippines Leaves Many Injured, Including Girl with Dislocated Hip

A family in the Philippines were traveling home when they were involved in an accident which flipped their vehicle and caused major damage to all involved. Most not worthy is the young girl with the dislocated/broken hip. her cries of pain, and in fact, all the cries in the video may be troubling to some of you. No info on what excatly caused the accident or if there were any fatalities. At one point someone is drug out in very bad shape but is still alive.

I swear I hear the one little boy scream “I’m alive!” when he is pulled from the vehicle. Also filmed by IPhone retard. Mad props to Best Gore member, Kay for the hookup.

    1. I doubt it was made of anything lightweight considering it took half the town to move it, which says a lot about her hardiness I suppose.

I guess always having second and third helpings of aunty Hilda?s homemade apple pie really saved the day for her this time.

      1. @empty, your too much..aunt hilda’s apple pie. Now thats funny. But seriously, love how the man obviously doesn’t give 2 shits about her weight cause he seemed like he actually loves her and genuinely tried to comfort her.

        1. there is somethings i find heartening about this whole video. lots of people come together to help.
different from a lot of S.E. asians vids, where agony and human damage is just filmed – without anyone offering a helping hand

          1. Karmen, people are taught to not touch victims because They might have a broken neck. Also there is videos where they throw people on bikes or trucks if they know the ambulance is gonna take one hour to get there if they live in small towns.
There is about 7000 posts. 30% of them are from Asia. Just a couple of thousand over 7 years. So I’m sure it’s not all just film and fuck the victim, let’s go home now. I got the footage. It’s no different then a news channel crew from a white nation recording. They won’t help either.

          2. I am not so sure this video is from the Philippines. They all spoke English, and the kid at the end said, “Please call 911.” I don’t think they have 911 in the Philippines, do they? My guess is it was in the USA somewhere.

          3. Its from the Philippines. People involved with the accident are maybe balikbayan (Filipinos who live abroad and went back for vacation). I?m from Philippines anyway

  1. a dislocated hip? yes, i know how much that fucking hurts!!!!!!!! my hip xray is posted on this site. 12 yrs after my car accident it will never be the same. i also fractured it in addition to the dislocation adding to complications. they may be able to pop it back in place for her. where is MedEx who used to explain all the medical shit on this site? remember him?

    1. I was involved in a car accident a while ago, me and my sister were really drunk. She was driving at around 75 mph in a residential area when she blacked out and slamed into a concrete wall. She broke her forearm in half with the bone sticking out, and i was left with a dislocated and broken hip so i know how painful that shit is. Its no joke, that shit hurts. Lil girl in the video took it like a champ for the most part.Could have been alot worst tho considering i wasnt wearing a seatbelt.

      1. Glad you and her got a second chance in life not many do as you can see on this site! Buckle up for the love of God and don’t drink and drive or ride with someone who is drunk behind the wheel no matter how good of a drunk driver you think you are. We all have done dumb things….but some of us die and others live with a painful reminder! !! At least yours was broken bonea and not the death of your friends burning alive while you watch …..jus sayin

      2. She was driving 75 in a residential area so drunk she passed out and you were a passenger? Sorry, but glad she broke her arm, maybe the only way she might learn a lesson. You call it an accident, that’s not an accident that was caused by her being drunk, nothing accidental about that.

    2. when I turned 21 I was out with a gf driving home at 2am and some drunk guy in a Camaro doing close to 100mph slammed in the back of the Mustang we were in flipped it over a few times, I didn’t get hurt much, but she and the drunk guy were pretty messed up. I still have bad dreams about that.

      1. Good lord….was it an older camaro? I can’t see the new ones surviving that good bur then again you would probably be dead if it was say in the 80’s era because those things were built nice back in the day metal baby 😉 I have an 84 my first car ever growing up so I know 😉 100 thou wow! He’s in jail right?

    3. It looks like a fracture of the neck / proximal (upper part) of the femur (the long bone in the thigh).

The distal (lower part of the fracture) moves upwards and forwards due to the presence and attachment of the femoral joint capsule; this causes the lower limb to appear shortened and externally rotated i.e. the foot is turned outward.

The fracture, in a young person, is usually the result of very high energy forces and may include multi-system injuries.

The femur is highly vascular and significant bleeding can be associated with up to 3 units of blood loss into the fracture site.

  2. Pretty intense. The lad did shout ” I’m alive ” and then shouted hysterically for his mother, who, it would seem, is European, hence his use of English.
Young girl’s hip must have hurt like hell, poor lass.

I find it a bit strange how I myself react to the dead, as opposed to a scenario like this with survivors.

      1. He definitely defied the laws of physics @bobcat, ran out of there like he’d just scored the winner at Wembley !, until it dawned on him that his mother was still inside, poor sod.

Signing out bud, until the morrow.

        1. Yea, that was weird, affected me more than some of those horrible fatalities we see on here even though luckily no one seemed really badly hurt. The little boy though, ahhh, when he ran out and then you hear keep saying hold me mummy and please don’t let my mum die, really brought it home to me.

  3. You know what they say “hips don’t lie” 😀 the little dude was funny “I’m alive” sounded like staged 😆 I guess this is the results of driving drunk/drugged I don’t get why people still do it

    1. I don’t think the driver is drunk. I think they’re going maybe 100-120 mph, as that’s the standard speed on provincial roads and the driver must have stepped on the brakes while they were going too fast.

        1. Hehe i just want people to stop drinking and using drugs but there’s a chance the driver was at least a little bit drunk 😛 They shouldn’t be driving so fast if they are carrying so many people I guess they learn the lesson 😀

          1. Lol. That’s just my theory though but yeah, why not? Might be drunk driving.

Though I am not gonna pretend that I never took part on loading a van full of people and going on a maximum speed limit lol.

          2. Lol @elmaspison. Took me a minute to get that but I don’t know if I’m right, it should’he’ instead or ‘ha’ right?

        1. Oh, my bad mama. I did try to search it. It is kph. Really sorry. 100-120 kph in some major roads that go to the province. I have no idea what it’s supposed to be called though. Lol.

        1. No different races do have different eyesight. Asians have poorer peripheral vision, Africans have better night vision and don’t get me started on Australian Aborigines, they can see for miles. You can see on an MMR scan that part of the brain is pronouncedly more developed. Even the colour of your eyes makes a big difference. I’m totally blinded in even moderate sunlight my eyes are so sensitive yet people with brown eyes won’t seem bothered by it at all.

          1. Wow you guys have blue eyes? I’m jealous 🙁 but it’s true I have heard that people with bright eye color are sensitive to sun light That’s why gringos always wear sunglasses it’s not just to look badass, but I think it worth it 😛

  4. I must have stared at the screen for ten minutes while accidents past played in my mind…seeing nothing but what was going on in my head….at least I wasn’t drooling when I came out of it. 🙂
    Powerful video for me anyways.

  5. I wonder how many people were in that minivan, I know Asians pack as many as possible in one vehicle. when I watched the video that cartoon with all those clowns that keep coming out of one car door kept popping up in my head

  6. You are in a tin can traveling at immense speed, you are a soft squishy object inside speeding can.

Keep your eyes open and stay well back.

People drive too close overestimating their reaction times .

  7. They should be considering themselves lucky for all being alive… aparently. 😆 Hell, if i’d be that gal filming it, i’d freak out as soon as i saw that kid running towards me screaming “IM ALIVE!! D:”… 😆

  8. The child screaming “i’m alive!” i wouldn’t doubt that he wasn’t even in the accident. He was probably playing in it after he saw it happen and thought show time when he saw the camera.

      1. A tourist family in the Philippines for vacation thats been accident, Car tires been blown then they overturned. Good things a lot of Pinoys comes help to rescue the old woman and the young boy. Immigrants?

        1. If they are Filipinos, then I apologize in their behalf for causing you obvious distress.

I won’t really go on defending what my fellow countrymen do, especially on foreign nations.

          1. Trust me Kay, there are plenty of filthy whites were i live as well. I wasn’t implyingthe who race was filthy, but merely the ones in my area.

  9. The girl was yelling “Momma” and “I can’t get up” A woman said “Thank God,” the woman pulled out last was saying she just needed to see the kids. And yes, the boy did say he was alive and was yelling because he thought his mom was dead before they pulled her out.

    1. shock can be a strange thing @fredex

i remember the 70/80s when the civilian streets and buildings of my county were routinely bombed by filthy fucking IRA terrorists –
stories were rife, of injured people in the maelstrom, picking up their (or others) dismembered body parts, and trying to fit them back onto the stumps they had been blow or ripped from.
this kind of behavoiur may look totally stupid to the onlooker – but i think we must factor in the shock and confusion during situations like these?

  10. All that wreck, seeing as there are no other vehicles involved, I’d either go with mechanical failure, or an uneducated driver. If you’re loaded with passengers you should be thinking safety not speed. I don’t think missionary would feel the same for that gal after this. Just a funny thought.

  11. Holy fuck! That’s ridiculous! How many people were in that fucking van to begin with and how long does it take for EMS to show up?? Well at least it looks as though everyone survived..
