Marco Simoncelli Death Video from Malaysian Grand Prix

Italian motorcycle road racer Marco Simoncelli died tragically on October 23, 2011 during Malaysian Moto Grand Prix at the Sepang International Circuit. Marco Simoncelli lost control of his motorcycle on the second lap of the circuit, his bike veered across the track and right into the path of Colin Edwards and Valentino Rossi whose motorcycles run young Italian rider over. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead. He was only 24 year old. RIP 🙁

  1. I’m so saddened from this. It’s almost incredible how quickly this guy became famous. He had a nice and warm attitude. He was almost everywhere on Italian TV and radio. Not to mention he raced just as well as Rossi. On the track, he was one determinated beast. Indeed one of the most memorable people we’ve had in the last few years around here. Ciao Sic. R.I.P.

  2. How these guys can hold onto those bikes, at such a difficult angle on those turns, is beyond me. wow, sucks for Simoncelli, RIP dude. Best wishes to his family. The other biker’s bike pulled Marco’s helmet right off, yes? ughhh!
