Motorcyclist Crushed and Ripped in Half by Pile of Rubberwood

At Km 28 of the Kuala Lumpur to Seremban highway in Malaysia, a motorcyclist was crushed to death and ripped in half by a pile of rubberwood that fell from a truck.

The victim, who died at the scene, was identified as 25 year old P Ravi. According to Kajang assistant police commissioner Richard Willey, the accident occurred due to truck driver losing control and hitting the divider, before crashing into the back of the victim’s motorcycle.

  1. Often times there are these trucks with unsecured or improperly fastened cargoes, like the one that we saw that just tipped over in Brazil a couple of days ago. When I am on the street I dislike being behind trucks, even worse, between them as I remind myself of a video that I saw once, I think in BG, of a car that was sandwiched between two trucks in Russia or Ukraine, if I can remember well the driver fell asleep. I know a lot of these drivers go on days on end without proper sleep, which is a deadly factor sometimes.
