In many countries, it is required by law that passengers wear seatbelts. There are pros and cons to wearing a seatbelt and as can be seen from the gallery below, seatbelts won’t always save your life. However, it appears as through the car rolled over probably more than once – judging by how crumbled up the body is. The driver would have died wearing a seatbelt or not.

  1. I prefer body on frame construction personally. In response to Dave,I think you’d probably die on impact with the windshield BEFORE you went flying through the air…and I like how all the people just kinda seem unimpressed.

  2. There must have been either massive force, or a lot of speed, or both. Everything on the car is bent to shit. Also note the lady just peering in curiously. It’s like she’s thinking “This reminds me, I gotta buy some ketchup”.
