9 Year Old Screams As He’s Being Violently Arrested by Police in Rotterdam

9 Year Old Screams As Hes Being Violently Arrested by Police in Rotterdam

A case of suspected police brutality was caught on cell phone camera at a tram station in Rotterdam, Holland earlier today. A 9 year old boy screamed as he was being violently arrested by the police.

Best Gore member Barbary-Lion provided the following thoughts about the event:

It is a video of police officers arresting a 9 year old kid, with tight handcuffs, and by overwhelming physical force. It was a total overkill. It happened today at Rotterdam, close to a tram-stop. Note that this kid was tenuously screaming, and probably suffered trauma.

Many thanks Barbary-Lion for the video:

    1. I’m from Holland (The Netherlands) and the only thing that was yelled, was that it’s just a 10 year old kid and that the police are just assholes.I even thought i heard someone yells that the kid is a thief, it’s a bad quality so thief and 10 looks alot like each other in Dutch (tien, dief).

    1. Lol dude i live in Holland and the police here are nicer than in america, trust me. the people here are just fucking dumbass stupid. look at that little 9 yo fucker probably stole something, well the police here are getting stricter because of the stupid ass people…
it’s a nice place in holland but sometimes the people are the problem

      1. i’d say it’s safe as hell considering your police don’t gun down people just for putting their hands higher than their waist. Hell, every police shooting video i see here, i don’t see trained professionals, in all these videos, these men and women are panicking. emptying an entire mag into an unarmed suspect is not self defense. these people are poorly trained and scared. no reason to shoot a man in the chest more than once, they will tire out very fast. sorry, but gun irresponsibility really pisses me the fuck off. our rights as American citizens are being stripped away more and more year by year but cops murder indiscriminately over “feeling threatened”. if someone punched me and i shot them six times in the chest i would be doing 25 for first degree murder…buy your guns. and start stock piling ammo. this is the word of Obli.

  1. Wtf..This videos brings a lot more questions than answers, shouldn’t he be jn school instead of getting arrested.? Why was the kid being arrested.? What the fuck is a 9 year old walking around by himself. If you can’t do the time don’t do the crime let alone cry when you are being arrested.

  2. I’m curious to find out, what he had done to deserve this?

…excuse me, to warrant this much attention I mean

Although the cries from this poor lad are disturbing, another observation, is the fact that the cops kept him on the ground. I noticed someone else with a cell phone camera, pretty close to the cops. It looked like at one point, the cops were going to lift the kid up, but decided to leave him be.

…I wonder if it may have been due to the fact, that someone may have recognized the kid, if he stood up?

…which kind of brings into question, what these cops were doing to him in the first place. It didn’t look like his parents were around either.

If I was one of the parents, and this turned out to be obvious abuse, I would of been on them like stink on shit.

…and that fat motherfucker on top of the kid, better be thinking about a new line of work, after the dust settles

…cause he won’t have a weight problem, when I’m done with him

    …he’s gotta sleep sometime!!

And from the reaction of other folks around, this didn’t look exactly normal as well…

      1. ***He may have run away?.iip

Yep, you may be right iip…

He could have lost his way back home, slipped and twisted his ankle or shit his little pants…

But a 9 year old kid, doesn’t deserve to be handcuffed, unless he has killed someone.

…and I don’t think that was the case here

        1. @Craving, don’t be too sure, bud. We had this 9 year old who lived next door some years ago. He was so violent in school. He would attack the other kids, attack the teachers, completely total the classrooms…they had to have a couple of teachers physically restrain him while they waited for the cops.
And no, he didn’t have any kind of a Mental handicap. He was just one mean little bastard.

  3. This crying awake father in every man there.
If they only decide to jump out this peaces of shit and again if happened..If the people go together on every injustice they-government and their servants-, would be very scared to do any of this.

Let me tell you my dream:
The planet without electricity just one month so that this scum cannot induct fear on people through demonic media.

  4. I happen to be from the Netherlands and mostly still don’t understand a fuck of what they are saying, besides the obvious. But as far as I can see the first guy(s) holding the kid down are train inspectors who probably caught the kid for traveling without paying or something (just a wild guess honestly). Seems he probably was agressive when caught and thus got this treatment. The men in black and yellow comming into the recording later on are police officers.

Anyway you turn it, it indeed seems to be ‘slightly’ overdone.

      Thanks for the insight Onslaught…

Yeah, whether it’s a kid not paying a fare, or a kid with an attitude problem, he doesn’t deserve this treatment, imho.

Try having a parent tie, or handcuff his kid, and see if they’re not thrown in jail.

I try to steer clear of all three branches of gov’t here in the states anymore. The legislative and judicial branches are pretty much “sperm chuggers’ to the corporate powers while unfortunately, the executive branch being the “military cops,” are left with cleaning up the victims of their vial legislation.

I never use to question the decision making process of a police officer years ago. However, and after seeing (mostly) verbal abuse of several police officers at close range in my city alone, I’m starting to doubt their “executive fairness.”

It’s a shame that these abusive police officers, can’t see for themselves that they too, are potential victims to the brutality, of the vial legislation that these congressional pricks pass.

If we had money left over after blowing people’s balls off overseas for social rehabilitation, then perhaps, a cop’s job would be a little easier.

Ex: Putting a drug addict back on the streets or worse yet, have one murder their wife, isn’t going to make a cop’s job any easier.

On the other hand, Bill Clinton’s piece of shit legislation, enabling corporations to build private prisons, only hasten this kind of behavior from the cops.

I get especially angry with any adult mistreating kids, as most do here.

But as with their parents, a cop suppose to be a positive role model in a kid’s life.

It angers me greatly, because the “cat’s pretty much out of the bag,” when it comes to any kind of respect that a kid may have, after being treated like this.

      …and 10, 15, 20 years from now?

You may have that same kid, splitting someone’s head open, because he now operates in a system with no boundaries.

      …and I have a problem with that!!

  5. Part of the problem in some rotterdam areas, they are overwhelmed with semi-legal coloured immigrants, in such numbers, you can not travel safe anymore.
Falling behind with the problem, and laws so soft on them, police tent to overreact.
Plenty stories about 7 to 10 year old kids dealing drugs, stealing, gang rape girls, stabbing arround, and so on.
All possible within law boundaries, because they are to young to prosecute, and when they caught them, after registering at the police station ( and no detainment or questioning, because of underage) they get a free ride home…
If it was a white boy in the video, onlookers in that area would only laugh I suspect…
Dont be fooled, to me his cries seemed anattempt to draw attention and hoping similar coloured onlookers will react, draw the racim-card and start a brawl, thats why initial railway security called in police, and in that situation they always turn up in sufficiant numbers.
Yes, I work and live in Rotterdam,
    And yes I have kids.

    1. Fair enough devo, and I can understand that. Kids beg attention.

However, if a 9 year old kid gets handcuffed, at least to me, it would draw more negative attention, than simply putting him in a squad car and calling his parents.

No matter what the reason is/was, no kid deserves to be handcuffed.

…and if the kid is playing the “racism card,” then what does that say, about the kind of life that this kid will end up having?

…one that plays the victim perhaps?

  6. Fair enough, I think that was the railroad security planning to do, but since they have no designated cars to detain arrestants, called the cops to do just that.
Besides that, in my family we were raised with the thought ” respect someone’s livelyhood , respect institutions and elderly, treat anybody like you want to be treaten yourself, but if you act like an adult, you will be treaten accordinly”

    1. 100% agree @Ewe without seeing what took place before Laurel & Hardy took him down it is hard to say either way. But this child does seem to be a few Legos short of a complete set and his freedom as well.

  8. In the US, even the police arrested five years girl, just because he did not want to learn and wanted to go home, went into a rage when he was stopped, the school called the police, a 5-year-old black girl was handcuffed in handcuffs and taken to jail.
There is talk of a new world order.
Are these drastic actions of the police against the people throughout the world, in my country, too, are the beginning of a new world order which is so much of essays on You Tube.com?

  9. The kid is probably a Romanian / eastern european / illegal pickpocket, since quite a few of those frequent train stations, events and other crowded places.

The screaming does not impress me neither am I soft hearted towards pickpockets. unfortunately the justice system can’t really handle minors and such is abused by illegal / eastern european immigrants.
