The video is from Mazanovsky children’s orphanage in a rural area of the Amur Region in the far eastern part of Russia. At least three feminist bitches used to regularly administer the beatings to the boys. Some of the abusers were only 16 or 17 years old.

Russian Ombudsman for Children’s Rights Pavel Astakhov said that “this was systematic and there were at least six proven episodes of child torture in the orphanage.”
