CCTV of Building Awning Falling on Two Women in Brooklyn

A terrifying scene was caught on camera as a building awning collapsed and landed on two women in Brooklyn.

It happened without warning on 4th avenue near 95th street in Bay Ridge Monday afternoon. The two women were reportedly standing on the sidewalk waiting for the bus when the giant structure came down, burying one of victims and knocking down the other.

In Brooklyn, New York, a building awning fell and landed on two women having a chat outside. The CCTV footage of the incident shows one woman disappear under the collapsed sign, as the other is hit, but gets back on her feet.

According to the mainstream news, the latter suffered a concussion but is already out of a hospital, whereas the former is still in the hospital.

  1. I can’t load the video… but I think I can explain it without watching.

    As two large dense masses group together, the combined gravitational pull resulted in the structural failure of the awning.

  2. This reminds me of the holocaustic narrative: we are told that the ladies were standing at the sidewalk waiting for the bus but we see in the video that they are neither at the sidewalk neither waiting for the bus, but chating at the entrance of a building.
