Massive Gas Leak Explosion Tears Down Restaurant in Rio de Janeiro

CCTV camera captured the moment of suspected gas leak explosion that tore down a restaurant on Tiradentes Square in downtown Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The October 2011 explosion left 3 people dead and 17 injured. The dead were the employees of the restaurants, most of the injured were random passer-bys.

The multi-storey building had its facade completely destroyed and seven floors damaged by the explosion. There’s something cool about watching things go boom.
