Worker Pushing Boxes Into Industrial Shredder with Feet Gets Sucked In

In the city of Shah Alam in Selangor, Malaysia, a foreign worker was killed after his lower body was sucked into an industrial shredded and minced up.

The incident happened in a cardboard box factory. It is understood that the worker was a 25 years old Nepalese man. His job was to feed boxes set for destruction to the shredder. According to his co-workers, he used his feet to push the boxes in, and his shoe got caught in the revolving parts.

Another employee shut the shredder off when he noticed the Nepalese man was being chewed up, and prevented his whole body from turning into the red tinted play dough. Still, trauma was severe enough to lead to the man’s death.

    1. Men need to check their privilege – working in dangerous environments, around dangerous machines where the slightest wrong move can be fatal, while pulling long, tiring hours into physical and mental exhaustion just so the state can bankroll the privileged lifestyles of single mothers…

        1. You seem to be having troubles understanding what being gender incompetent means:

When it comes to policewomen – they are incompetent, because a man in their shoes could do the job, and would have likely handled challenging situations better (ie – there are many videos of male policemen handling life or death situations with competence).

When it comes to dangerous jobs performed by men, a woman in their shoes could not do the job, as there are virtually no women capable of performing dangerous jobs. An odd woman holding a position in a job that has dangerous elements would be an exception that confirms the rule, but even if such woman existed, you can count on it that she’s only in the position, but at the end of the day, it’s ultimately men who get to do all the difficult and dangerous tasks (ie – a woman would never handle a man’s job, and there is nothing to prove otherwise), typically stuck doing not only their tasks, but also hers.

Look at it this way – if you boarded a jet, would you feel more comfortable knowing the captain is a man, or a woman?

          1. Are you serious about the pilot thing? I mean honestly, that’s not like a joke? I’ve flown a lot and I have never even had a passing thought as to who is flying. I’m perfectly comfortable with either. I’ve had female pilots. My mind didn’t even compute that it would matter.
I cannot begin to relate to how deeply this discrimination is imbedded in your head. I can’t. I’m not even disagreeing with you having these thoughts. I’m more shocked that it goes to such lengths. We don’t so much disagree as I simply can’t grasp it as rational thinking. I could not hold it against someone if they had a phobia but I would never understand it. This feels the same.
The other things you said: Let me get a grip here and reply. I don’t think women should do “men’s” work unless they are the exception to the rule. It’s just I said “the male worker” and you were bothered. He is a male. I didn’t say he screwed up because he was male. I simply stated he was a male who got hurt. It is was 100% stupidity that caused it – male or female. I stated his gender, a simple fact. Is that an insult? Apparently.

          2. There is no discrimination in my head. There is equality, which is what’s so difficult for you to grasp. Women get their horns tooted on every step throughout their entire lives. So when someone brings up the concept of equality, it’s utterly inconceivable to the privileged. It’s like – “my whole I’ve received preferential treatment just because I’m a woman, and now that I’m grown up, this guy shows up and he’s not giving me the same preferential treatment I’ve been getting my whole life. It’s clear. He has discrimination embedded in his head…

          3. @happy she, @dethbyplaster just wants your resources. Don’t entertain this cunt to make yourself look professional.

“Youโ€™re not just another member, so I bite my tongue.” Evident subservient behavior to the resource king. Send this bitch a plane ticket to your cock, and skull fuck a moon-roof in the back of her head. This shit is painful to watch on both fronts.

You two sound like highly insecure individuals that need to prove something to the world. If you ask me, you’re both a fuckin’ match made in heaven. Commence procreation… and shit. Fuckin’ mouth breathers.

    2. Ya, it seems by that picture that the factory wasn’t that well gender mixed. Strange, you see many women in offices, and there’s social pressure and affirmative action to put them in these places, but I am yet to personally see a woman as a truck driver or trash collector, two risky boring jobs. It looks like feminists think that all animals are equal, but some are more equal than others.

          1. @dethbyplaster Well, replying to you with regards to him being incompetent, I’d say you could call him so, although the label irresponsible could also apply. Nevertheless, I don’t know if you could attribute all of the workplace accidents that we’ve seen lately to sheer incompetence, like the ones involving lathes, as the workers could have been tired that day, which raises the chances of shit happening. You said that once you slept on the wheel and crashed your car…

          2. I would love to see a woman do what I do for a living…
I know almost all the general machinists and diesel mechanics around DC metro area and I don’t know one that’s a woman and I’ve been doing my trade for almost forty years…

If you know of one please send her my way… I’d love to see this…

You’re mistaking sexism with the obvious truth…

          3. I never say this because I’m careful. You call me a feminist but I try not to attack your egos – ever. I never make dick size jokes, I dont say men are stupid and I don’t say this: I would also like to see a guy, fresh off the street do my job. I’ve seen em quit in a day because they underestimated the muscle and stamina. I never say that because I don’t want the backlash but it’s completely true.

          4. What do you do for a living?…
            I’ve raced cars too… BTW…
I gotta Dodge Charger that’s just itching for a quarter mile run against a rice burner… ๐Ÿ˜‰

          5. @gnat I work for a major shipper – you’ve seen our brown trucks. I manage a line of 4 ppl and load 3 trucks as well. We push out 30,000 packages in 4 hours from the in door to the trucks to their deliveries. It does not slow down ever. Summer is extremely hot and you go non-stop loading. They can weigh 10 pounds, nice. They can weigh 100 pounds. It’s tiring

          6. Yep… I’ve seen the brown trucks… but the packages I get are a whole lot bigger than a hundred pounds…
I guess that might be a different plant that ships that stuff versus the regular parcels…

          7. Give me time and know I can do it…
I’ve worked in boiler rooms before doing maintenance on diesel generators…
Talk about hot… and this in the dead of winter…
It’s also an easy way to catch pneumonia… and lose your hearing…

        1. My mother in law used to drive hgv’s for a living, she also got a heli copter license just because she liked them. She’s about 6foot tall and weighs around 10 stone also a very smart woman, looks wise and with brains! As for female machinists,im a toolmaker by trade and have only met 1 female machinist. She lasted about 2 months, she wanted hoists pulleys and cranes installed as she couldn’t lift the vice off the bridgeport milling machine she operated, and she’s always ask us to do it.She never complained ,she did work in a male environment and was as good a machinist as anyone, but things like vices ,slotting attachments, dividing heads, any heavy plates, bars over 2 foot long she just couldn’t shift. She was sacked in the end for

          1. Being constantly late for work as she had kids and was single and had to do the school run before work, factory opened at 7.30,school opened 8am.She said the boss allowed her this on the interview as he wanted a female worker in.She won a tribunal award as her letter to start agreed this, she’s now my wife!

          2. @wellhard Being a sturdy woman helps in heavier work, I’m 5’9″ and about 137 lbs. That’s around 9-stone (?) I wear smaller clothes size than I thought I would, weighing what I do. So it’s definitely muscle weight. Heavy-lifting made me look the best I ever have lol. You get fit. It’s like a free gym, 5 days a week, going on 3 years.

  1. Why do they tend to put parts of their body where its not ment to be used that way? Machines need to be respected, they wont stop unless theres sensors preventing any accident of the sort to happen… and even so, machines with blades or crushers are not to be fiddled with.

  2. I know this is going to sound mean. But at first glance i thought he was still alive. He has his arm up hiding his face. So I thought maybe he was hiding his face in shame for being a fucking idiot when he saw someone was taking his picture ! Lol!!!
